Today was a good day :)

I’ve been so so sick since the 1st of January. Couldn’t keep food or water down for 10 days. Found out today when I went to the doctor that my stomach stopped creating the enzyme to digest the food.
Anyway I got put on some new meds & I’m going to take them every day.
Ill kick lupus’ ASS if its the last thing I ever do. I WILL NOT BE A SLAVE.
Got home worked on straightening and organizing my kitchen

Made a peanut buffer cream pie &
Gonna make a meal for my family.

LIFE IS GOOD. I LOVE MY FAMILY and everyone that believes in me.

I will do right by Mason, he needs his mom.

Christmas miracle

So just gonna throw this out there,
A couple of weeks ago I checked the mail & finally got approved for health insurance!
I couldn’t believe it, I fell to the ground outside of my house when I opened the letter, I saw that it had the state DHS return address so, I opened it right there & BAM there was an insurance care WITH FULL BENEFITS! I cried and cried, picked myself back up, walked into the house where my husband asked me, WHAT’S WRONG! I couldn’t speak, I just handed him the card, all he could then do was hug me! My dad looked up & then I handed him the card, he also immediately burst into tears himself!

I made a doctors appointment met with the new doctor who talked to me for quite sometime. Then examined me, started poking me, it hurt but I held up.

He was a very interesting man, but that’s a whole nother story!
He told me that it was very obvious that I had SLE, he said I wouldn’t have even had to tell him.
He looked a little sad & said he didn’t really want to tell me, but I also have fibromyalgia. I was really bummed but #itiswhatitis. Makes a lot of sense why I felt the way I did.

HERE’S THE GOOD PART.
I was prescribed non narcotic medicines that actually work & I feel 100% like a normal person for 3 days in a row!
